Three ways to use the space
Podcast
A professional room built for recording, interviews and real conversation. Rent the space on its own, or add audio and video recording, a videographer, raw footage and editing.
Music
A creative room for singers, musicians, vocalists and artists. Guitars, keys, studio monitors and a vocal booth setup, ready for tracking or writing.
Content Creation
Reels, talking head video, interviews, course material and personal brand content. A beautiful backdrop that makes everything you shoot look considered.

Spark Studio is where that comes to life. We give you the space, the equipment, the atmosphere and the support to make it properly, whether you have done this a hundred times or never once.
You do not have to already be a creator to walk in. Sometimes you just need the right room.

Pick a date and a length of time. We will tell you what fits and what you will need.

Walk in and start. The room is lit, the cameras are set and the microphones are already placed.

Wood slat acoustic walls, warm lighting you can feel on camera, comfortable seating and equipment that is already set up when you arrive.
HOW YOU WANT TO WORK
Bring your own team, or hand us the whole thing
Two ways to book. Both use the same room.
Just the studio
Book the room and run your own session. The space is lit, the microphones are placed and the cameras are set. Come in with your team, shoot, and leave with your footage.
Full turnkey production
Dov Gurewicz, a South Florida video producer, handles the shoot end to end. Directing, filming and editing, so you show up, talk, and get a finished episode back instead of a folder of raw files.
WHO IS BEHIND THE CAMERA
A producer, not just a room key
The podcast studio is led by Dov Gurewicz, a South Florida producer and director of photography with a decade of production experience. On a guided session or a full production, he runs it himself: directing, filming, lighting and editing.

Not a render, not a showroom. Guests in the chairs and cameras rolling on a normal working day in Davie.

One hour minimum. Nine percent off bookings of eight hours or more. Open Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm, by appointment.
